Label Impressions becomes FSC certified
Label Impressions Inc. has become the first flexographic printer in North America to obtain FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification and obtain Carbon Neutral status through Carbonfund.org. Jeff Salisbury, president of Label Impressions, says, “We’re setting a precedent in the label industry. Label Impressions has been focusing on environmental printing issues for years now and this is the culmination of those efforts. Becoming the first flexo printer to receive the prestigious FSC certification further cements Label Impressions’ commitment to providing our customers with the most comprehensive menu of ‘green’ solutions in the industry.”
Salisbury adds, “We have partnered with CarbonFund.org in becoming Carbon Neutral and in offering our customers an effective way to reduce their carbon footprint as well.”
Label Impressions has been in the Southern California printing industry for over 20 years, providing custom labels, tags and flexible film packaging.
